1. Introduction

• Each player may hold only one account on the 87bdt Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and winnings forfeited.
• You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a verifiable email address during registration. You must not use pseudonyms, aliases, or another person's identity.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Account credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 87bdt will attempt to notify the account holder before any dormancy fees are applied or the account is closed. All funds deposited into your 87bdt account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who are self-excluded or whose accounts are under review.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time of the offer.

8. Intellectual Property

No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without prior written permission from 87bdt.

The 87bdt name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of 87bdt. Unauthorised use of any 87bdt trademark in connection with any product, service, or business is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 87bdt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if 87bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

87bdt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In the event of a system failure that affects game outcomes, 87bdt reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes to players. 87bdt's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
